• Collaborate with the development team to develop, maintain, and enhance existing university systems and applications.
• Engage with business users (e.g., administrative and functional stakeholders) to gather requirements, conduct business needs analysis, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to build intuitive and responsive frontend web applications.
• Design and develop microservices/containers to integrate and call backend functions, services, and data efficiently.
• Produce, update, and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or delegates.

• Solid hands-on experience in full-stack development using J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, jQuery, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Proven experience in backend/database development with Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, MSSQL, or similar relational databases.
• Good understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC), with practical experience in coding, unit/integration testing, debugging, and producing associated documentation.
• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level applications, preferably in domains such as finance, human resources, or administrative university systems (highly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as SAP BusinessObjects or similar reporting suites is advantageous.
• Familiarity with modern development environments and tools e.g. OpenShift, IBM WebSphere, MS Windows Server, Nintex K2, RedisGit / GitLab.
• Knowledge of or practical experience using AI tools/techniques to assist in system development is a strong plus.
