Responsible for supporting and operating multiple centralised Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data platforms, including Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub, Social Media Text Analytics System and Traffic Data Analytics System.  The position is required to manage the security, cloud resources, infrastructure and performance of the platforms to facilitate adoption and ensure smooth operations of the platforms.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To work in team for the design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub, Social Media Text Analytics System and Traffic Data Analytics System.
• To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractor(s) for supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub, Social Media Text Analytics System and Traffic Data Analytics System.
• To provide technical support for the adoption of chatbot, AI and big data analytics technologies.
• To design, setup, administrate and support public and private cloud resources for deployment and operation of systems.
• Provide both technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Possess solid knowledge and experience on maintaining and supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service, AI Computer Vision Hub, Social Media Text Analytics System and Traffic Data Analytics System; 
• Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing cloud resources in public cloud platform and Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS); 
• Possess solid knowledge and experience on installing and managing the following environment and tools:
  • Linux;
  • JupyterHub;
  • RStudio;
  • MySQL;
• Possess basic knowledge in Container technology, such as Kubernetes;
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; 
• Can work independently; and
• Have at least 6 years of experience on system development and deployment on clouds.
