Position Overview:
Due to expansion, our Client is a securities brokerage firm providing ultra-high net worth clients and individuals with brokerage services for equities, bonds, funds, structured products and discretionary management services. They take pride in offering an efficient and reliable securities financial platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain good business relationships with their clients and assist with their enquiries in a professional manner.
• Execute a range of banking and investment transactions (e.g. structured products, equities, fixed income, FX, OTC derivative products, mutual funds, alternative investments, deposits, and loans) for clients.
• Act as escalation contacts for the client, several local and foreign banks, investment companies, brokers, as well as internal department.
• Provide administrative support to CROs / Senior Relationship Managers on client meeting and business trip arrangement and expense reimbursement.
• Perform ad hoc assignments / duties as assigned.

Job Requirements 

•  Degree or above in Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of relevant client service experience in private banking
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Good technical skills in using MS Office

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
