PC related services and user support

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide support on Win 11, PC related services and CMMP;
• To assist in monitoring and/or management of outsourced contractors on upgrade of Win 11 and PC replacement;
  
   

• Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 1 years' experience in similar position;
• Minimum of two years of experience on supporting Windows OS and PC related services;
• Experience on supporting Lotus Notes is preferable;
• Experience on supporting CMMP is preferable;
• Experience on helpdesk call handing is preferable; and
• Strong communication skill.
